Ordering
If you would like to place an order, please either visit our shop or fill out the order form, email us or phone.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Cocorose accepts payment using Paypal, Direct Deposit, Cheque or Money Order. Once funds have cleared we will begin work.

Colours
We have made every effort to display colours as accurately as possibly. However, due to different monitors, the actual colours may differ slightly.

Delivery
Orders will take approximately 3 weeks once payment is received. Items will then be delivered by Registered mail. A postage and handling fee will apply. Victoria - $12.00
Other states $17.00

Returns
- ‘Cocorose’ cannot accept refund or exchange on personalised products.
- Please make sure your child’s name is spelt correctly on the order.
- In an unlikely event that you receive your order in a damaged condition, the goods can be returned and replaced at no extra cost or a refund given including the postage and handling.
